El Paso Police Officer Mark Munoz (Pebble Hills Division) has been indicted on charges of sexually assaulting an unconscious woman, according to court documents.
Munoz was honored earlier in the year for saving a man’s severed arm. No word yet on whether any fondling occurred in that case (just kidding).
