Funny how Robert Sooter has been protected by the crooked Chief Mark Whitacre for years. This man has done everything from Official Oppression for a council member to domestic violence and yet they won't even file charges against him. They refuse to get estimates for repairs and waste the tax pagers dollars. These problems will be dealt with very soon. I also think it's amazing that Chief Whitacre new all about the drinking and driving of city vehicles since the bar they frequented was right next door. I hope the Texas Rangers do get involved and clean up Marble Falls from the corrupt Chief Whitacre to the councilmen with there own illegal agenda. I know Brent Nichols and they might try to hang him but Chief Whitacre new of everything for at least a year before it happened.
