Harris Co. DA Launches Investigation Into Harris County Constable Trevino's Office

Yesterday, we reported on KTRK-TV in Houston's investigation of Harris County Constable Victor Trevino. Their series of investigations has led Harris County DA's ofice to launch a criminal investigation.
